Wetherby RUFC Online
The WRUFC website is currently undergoing a make-over to become an informative and fully up-to-date resource for both player and supporter. All work is scheduled to be completed well in advance of the start of the 2009/10 season. As the website will be representative of the whole club, if you have any ideas or suggestions for anything you would like to see on the site please get in touch (Email).
Also, if you have any photo's of the club (matches, social events, etc) that you are happy for us to put in the album, please send them to us with any comments you may have.
Annual Club Dinner - Friday 8th May 2009 @ 7:30pm
This years Annual Club Dinner is scheduled for Friday 8th May 2009 at Grange Park. The event is open to all WRUFC members and is strictly over 18's only. Entry is £15, to be paid on the door. Further details can be obtained from Marcus Little (Email). The evening will include Awards, Curry and 'Flower Arranging'. Please contact Frank Pitchford (Email) to confirm your place.
Sports Massage
The club have been fortunate to have had the services of Tina Meaney since February of this year on a FOC arrangement. The club have secured Tina for the remainder of this season and also the 2009/10 season. However, as from 21/04/09 each treatment will cost £5 (not applicable to non wage earners) payable to WRUFC (not payable direct to Tina).
Summer Conditioning
Sessions will commence 05/05/09 and every Tuesday evening from then onwards. The sessions will be designed to help those who wish to remain fit over the summer do so, and also incorporate a more relaxed fun element than the regular training sessions. The sessions will be run by Frank Pitchford and Wayne Pawson. All welcome, new and old.
The last normal Tuesday training session will be on Tuesday 28th April.
